Note:
Керуючись Указом Президента України від 17 травня 2022 року № 341/2022 «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні», затвердженого Законом України Про затвердження Указу Президента України «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні» від 22.05.2022 року № 2263-IX, п. 10.3. Договору про закупівлю продуктів харчування № 27-04/13 від 16 травня 2022 року(далі-Договір), а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду до Договору про наступне:
1. Внести зміни до п. 4.5. Договору та викласти його у новій редакції, а саме: «Строк постачання товару: до 23.08.2022 року.».
2. Внести зміни до п. 10.1. Договору та викласти його у новій редакції, а саме: «Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання та діє до завершення воєнного стану, оголошеного Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» (із змінами) до 23.08.2022 року, а в частині оплати за поставлений товар — до повного виконання сторонами узятих на себе зобов’язань.».
