Керуючись ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.10.3. Договору №504 від 30.03.2020 сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % ціни Договору. А саме - збільшити суму Договору на 6 528,00 грн. з ПДВ (загальна сума Договору з урахування збільшення складає – 39 168,00 грн. з ПДВ), кількість Послуг збільшити на – 64 (загальна кількість Послуг з урахуванням збільшення складає – 384) та продовжити термін дії Договору до 31.03.2021 року.
