Керуючись ч. 6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити дію договору на строк, достаній для проведення закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, у звязку з цім збільшити суму договору на 176876 грн 13 коп (сто сімдесят шість тисяч вісімсот сімдесят шість грн 13 коп) у т.ч. ПДВ 12669 грн 35 коп (дванадцять тисяч шістсот шістьдесят дев'ять грн 35 коп)
