відповідно до п.4 част. 5 статті 41 Закону – продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, а саме: строк виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт змінено замість «до - не пізніше 31.12.2021 (або до повного виконання сторонами договірних зобов’язань)» на «21.09.2020 – 2021 - та подовження у наступних бюджетних періодах»
