Викласти пункт 1.3 розділу 1 Договору в новій редакції: "Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період до 31.12.2020р становить 1685905 кВт*год. Обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії можуть бути зменшені залежно віуд реального фінансування видатків. 2. Викласти пункт 4.5 розділу 4. Договору, в новій редакції : Ціна електричної енергії за цим Договором визначена відповідно до комерційної (тендерної) пропозиції Постачальника з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного ус пункті 1.3 цього Договору , та становить 2609717,01 грн. (два мільйони шістсот дев'ять тисяч сімсот сімнадцять грн 01 коп)крім того ПДВ 521943,40 (п'ятсот двадцять одна тисяча дев'ятсот сорок три грн 40 коп.)Всього з ПДВ 3131660,41 грн з ПДВ (три мільйони сто тридцять одна тисяча шістсот шістдесят грн 41 коп)у тому числі: За рахунок кошторисних призначень 3081660,41 грн враховуючи ПДВ 513610,07 грн., За рахунок відшкодованих коштів 50000,00 грн.,враховуючи ПДВ 8333,33 грн.,Ціна за 1кВт/год електричної енергії за цим Договором становить 1,871 грн в т.ч. ПДВ 0,31183грн." 2. Ролзділ 2 "Ціна (тариф)електричної енергії Додаткуц 2 Договору викласти в новій редакції : Ціна (тариф) електричної енергії 1,871 грн./кВт*год. з ПДВ." 3.Усі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
