В зв’язку з виробничою необхідністю Покупця, відповідно до пункту 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та керуючись пунктами 11.3, 11.4 Договору Сторони домовилися внести зміни в п. 10.1 розділу 10 «Строк дії Договору» Договору, а саме продовжити термін дії Договору. Сума Договору після внесення змін - 109 800,00 грн, в т.ч. ПДВ - 18 300,00 грн. Кількість товару після внесення змін - 2 шт.
