керуючись п.7 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 04.11.2020р. №1998 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії», збільшено ціну за 1 кВт*год електроенергії з 01.12.2020 року на рівні 2,42 грн. з ПДВ, зменшено обсяги закупівлі ( загальний обсяг постачання електричної енергії становить 425401,59 кВт*год.).

У зв’язку із відсутністю потреби Замовника в постачанні електричної енергії в кількості передбаченій договором, керуючись п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі» необхідно внести зміни до Договору, а саме зменшити обсяг постачання електричної енергії на 56212 кВт*год та ціну договору на 136033,04 грн. за взаємною згодою сторін. Ціна договору становитиме 793965,96 грн..
