Сторони прийшли до взаємо згоди про продовження дїї Договору про закупівлю товару
№ 73 від 11.05.2021 року, та внести відповідні зміни до п. 10.1. Договору, виклавши його у наступній редакції, а саме::
«10.1. Цей Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами, скріплення печатками та діє до «31» березня 2022 року, а у частині оплати – до повного виконання зобов’язань. Умови Договору застосовуються до відносин між Сторонами, які виникли до його укладення, а саме з 31 грудня 2021 року, на підставі частини 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України».
2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними та Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання.
