керуючись пунктом 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами та доповненнями), дійшли згоди щодо продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю та строку виконання зобов'язань щодо передачі товару, у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об'єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, а саме до 01.03.2020 р.
