Керуючись умовами Договору та пунктом 8 частини 5 та частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зі змінами, де зазначено, що дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
Збільшити суму договору на 44 192,80 грн. без ПДВ, внести відповідні зміни у п. 2.4. Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«Загальна сума Договору складає 300 351,20 грн. (триста тисяч триста п’ятдесят одна гривня 20 коп.), без ПДВ (ст.293.3 ПКУ)».
