Керуючись положеннями п. 4, п. 8 ч. 5 та ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та пп.1.1, 12.1, 12.2 Договору, сторони дійшли взаємної згоди, продовжити строк дії Договору до 31 березня 2021 року та збільшити суму Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% від суми, визначеної Договором, а саме на 370 800,00 грн. без ПДВ.
