Згідно наказу ДП «Зовнішторгвидав України» від 13.04.2016 р. №35 пункту 9.4 – договір за результатами проведення Закупівлі підписується між Замовником та Переможцем поза Системою не раніше ніж через 2 робочих дні після оприлюднення рішення про Переможця Закупівлі. В зв’язку з вище зазначеним, процедура закупівлі панелей керамічних опалювальних буде скасована.
