Заступник голови тендерного комітету Клепач С.С. повідомила, що під час оголошення процедури закупівлі було допущено помилку у назві предмета закупівлі, а саме, в розпорядженні про виділення коштів, назва предмета закупівлі звучить «Будівництво станції очищення господарсько-побутових вод в с.Шубків Рівненської області», а в проектно-кошторисній документації та експертному висновку назва предмета закупівлі звучить «Будівництво станції очищення господарсько-побутових вод в с.Шубків Рівненського району». Секретар тендерного комітету Боришкевич Д.В. повідомив, що відповідно до п.1 ст.31 Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник відміняє торги в разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель. Голова тендерного комітету Бобріков В.Ю. запропонував відмінити торги по закупівлі «Будівництво станції очищення господарсько-побутових вод в с.Шубків Рівненської області» (Закупівля №UA-2017-03-23-001824-b)
