Процедура закупівлі проводиться Державною установою “Професійні закупівлі”, яку наказом Міністерства економічного розвитку і торгівлі України від 13.06.2018 року № 810 визначено відповідальною за здійснення функцій централізованої закупівельної … організації, у відповідності до порядку затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 16.05.2018 № 928 «Про продовження реалізації пілотного проекту з організації діяльності централізованої закупівельної організації».

The procurement procedure is conducted by the State Institution "Profesiyni Zakupivli", which is determined by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine dated June 13, 2018, No. 810 as responsible for the functions of the centralized procurement body, in accordance with the procedure approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 16, 2018 No. 928 " On prolongation of implementation of the pilot project for the organization of the Centralized Procurement Body ".
