Тендерному комітету був наданий графік обгрунтованого, орієнтовного споживання електричної енергії на період з 01.02.2019 по 31.12.2019 року, який був розроблений службою енергетики КП "Міськводоканал" ТМР, згідно якого очікуваний обсяг споживання електричної енергії в період з 01.02.2019 по 31.12.2019 року склав 1694000 кВт*год. Очікувана вартість зазначеного об"єму споживання ЕЕ з урахуванням середньої ринкової ціни на постачання електричної енергії не перевищує 4150300.00 грн, що по офіційному курсу НБУ не перевищує 133 000 євро, що в свою чергу відповідно по ч.4 ст.10 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі"дозволяє не застосовувати процедуру "Відкриті торги з публікацією англійською мовою". Тому відпала необхідність у проведенні даної процедури.
