З метою приведення умов тендерних документацій до вимог чинного законодавства у сфері закупівель та у зв’язку з неможливістю внесення змін до тендерних документацій на закупівлю послуг: ГБН Г.1-218-182:2011 Поточний середній ремонт автомобільної дороги загального користування місцевого значення О191204 Понизівка - Манухівка - Бояро – Лежачі (окремими ділянками); ГБН Г.1-218-182:2011 Поточний середній ремонт автомобільної дороги загального користування місцевого значення О191208 Нова Слобода - Бунякине (окремими ділянками); ГБН Г.1-218-182:2011 Поточний середній ремонт автомобільної дороги загального користування місцевого значення О190408 Дунаєць - Семенівка - /Р-44/ (окремими ділянками), пропонується відмінити торги на підставі абзацу 3 частини 1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
