Description:

Попередня оплата може здійснюватись у межах 30% від вартості послуг відповідно до постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014 № 117 “Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти” терміном не більше одного календарного місяця відповідно до наданого головним розпорядником бюджетних коштів погодження та лише щодо послуг, надання яких здійснюється протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. Використаний аванс компенсується за рахунок вартості виконаних робіт по формі КБ-2, підписаного уповноваженими представниками сторін. По закінченні зазначеного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику з нарахуванням річної відсоткової плати на рівні облікової ставки НБУ із застосуванням коефіцієнта 1,2, а у випадку несвоєчасного повернення (неповернення), Підрядник додатково сплачує пеню в розмірі облікової ставки НБУ за кожний день прострочення.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться Замовником виключно Підряднику після підписання Сторонами «Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» (форма №КБ-2в) і «Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати» (форма №КБ-3), складених у відповідності з положенням чинних ДСТУ та СОУ, які складаються Підрядником і подаються для підписання Замовнику не пізніше як за 5 робочих днів до кінця звітного місяця, або поетапної оплати Замовником наданих послуг/виконаних робіт. Замовник може здійснювати проміжні платежі за надані послуги/виконані роботи. Представник Замовника на протязі п’яти робочих днів відповідно до погодженого Сторонами графіку здачі виконаних обсягів послуг/робіт перевіряє їх виконання згідно представленого акту і підписує його в частині фактично виконаних послуг/робіт, в межах виділених бюджетних асигнувань.
