Замовник, при надходженні бюджетних коштів, перераховує Генеральному підряднику аванс у розмірі 30 відсотків ціни річного обсягу Робіт за Договором, згідно із Календарним графіком виконання Робіт, протягом трьох місяців, з моменту надходження бюджетних коштів, для придбання Підрядником необхідних для виконання кожного виду робіт матеріалів, конструкцій та виробів у порядку, передбаченому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001 № 1764 “Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва” (зі змінами, далі – постанова КМУ№ 1764). Джерело фінансування - місцевий бюджет
