Оплата рахунка Постачальника за цим Договором має бути здійснена Споживачем у строк, визначений у рахунку, який не може бути меншим 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту отримання його Споживачем, або протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів від дати, зазначеної у комерційній пропозиції, щодо оплати рахунку, оформленого Споживачем. Всі платіжні документи, що виставляються Постачальником Споживачу, мають містити чітку інформацію про суму платежу, порядок та строки оплати, що погоджені Сторонами цього Договору, а також інформацію щодо адреси, телефонів, офіційних веб-сайтів для отримання інформації про подання звернень, скарг та претензій щодо якості постачання електричної енергії та надання повідомлень про загрозу електробезпеки. Спосіб оплати – по факту отримання електричної енергії Споживачем за розрахунковий період.
