Перерахування авансу здійснюватиметься мірою одержання Замовником коштів на фінансування будівництва. Аванс виділяється на закупівлю необхідних для використання матеріальних ресурсів і має бути використаний впродовж двох місяців. Суми авансу, не використані впродовж цього часу, повертаються Замовнику.
