Description:

Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється Покупцем у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Продавця протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати підписання Покупцем видаткової накладної на фактично поставлену окрему партію Товару за умови наявності відповідних коштів на своєму рахунку в ГУ ДКСУ в м. Києві. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування оплата за Товар здійснюється протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетних коштів відповідного призначення на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Бюджетні зобов’язання за Договором виникають між сторонами в межах відповідних бюджетних призначень. Попередня оплата може надаватись у розмірі до 70% від суми договору протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів у разі наявності коштів та за наявності належно оформленого рішення головного розпорядника коштів у порядку передбаченому законодавством України.
