Description:

Розрахунки за виконані Підрядником роботи здійснюються шляхом їх оплати Замовником на підставі акту (актів) приймання виконаних будівельних робіт, оформлених згідно ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013, за формами № КБ-2в та довідки (довідок) про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою № КБ-3 у безготівковому порядку на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника на умовах відстрочки платежу на термін до 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання коштів на розрахунковий рахунок від головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів. Відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014 року № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та ч.1 ст.3 Бюджетного кодексу України Замовник перераховує Підряднику аванс у розмірі до 30% вартості річного обсягу Робіт, шляхом спрямування бюджетних коштів Підряднику на небюджетний рахунок у Державній казначейській службі України, м. Київ, код банку 820172 на підставі рахунку, який надається Підрядником Замовнику, з подальшим використанням зазначених коштів Підрядником виключно з такого рахунку на цілі, визначені Договором. Підрядник зобов’язується використати одержаний аванс на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів протягом трьох місяців після одержання авансу. По закінченні тримісячного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику.
