3. УМОВИ ОПЛАТИ 3.1. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються за фактом постачання Покупцю. 3.2.Покупець здійснює оплату Товару Постачальнику на підставі виставлених видаткових накладних. 3.3. Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються у разі наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 5-ти банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару. 3.4. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 5-ти банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
