Description:

Порядок здійснення розрахунків (визначається відповідно до пропозиції переможця процедури закупівлі): «Розрахунок за фактично надані послуги здійснюється Замовником протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами Акта наданих послуг (видачі з середнього ремонту) та Акта приймання-здачі відремонтованих, реконструйованих та модернізованих об’єктів (форма ОЗ-2)». В разі визначення порядку оплати шляхом здійснення попередньої оплати її розмір не повинен перевищувати 50 % суми Договору: «Розрахунок за послуги здійснюється Замовником після направлення письмового замовлення шляхом перерахування Виконавцю попередньої оплати в розмірі ___% суми Договору. Остаточний розрахунок здійснюється Замовником протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами Акта наданих послуг (видачі з середнього ремонту) та Акта приймання-здачі відремонтованих, реконструйованих та модернізованих об’єктів (форма ОЗ-2)».
