Description:

Попередня оплата за роботи здійснюється за заявкою Підрядника при наявності фінансових ресурсів, у розмірі, що не перевищує 30 відсотків вартості робіт. Підрядник зобов’язується виконати роботи в обсязі суми попередньої оплати впродовж трьох місяців з дня її отримання, але в будь-якому випадку не пізніше закінчення поточного бюджетного періоду визначеного Бюджетним кодексом. Не пізніше останнього дня вказаного строку, невикористані суми попередньої оплати Підрядник повертає на рахунок Замовника в органі Казначейства. Попередня оплата здійснюється шляхом спрямування бюджетних коштів на небюджетні рахунки Виконавця, відкриті в органах Казначейства у встановленому законодавством порядку. Джерело фінансування - кошти державного бюджета.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після підписання Сторонами «Акту виконаних будівельних робіт». До акта приймання додається «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат». Оплата виконаних робіт може проводитись поетапно проміжними платежами в міру виконання робіт і здійснення їх приймання-передавання з оформленням актів за формою КБ-2в. Поетапна оплата здійснюється Замовником лише за умови фактичного надходження бюджетних коштів в межах виділених бюджетних асигнувань. Джерело фінансування - кошти державного бюджету.
