аванс на виконання робіт в розмірі до 30% від вартості річного обсягу робіт за чинним Договором. Підрядник використовує аванс для придбання товарно-матеріальних цінностей згідно пункту 1 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23 квітня 2014 року № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти». По закінченню тримісячного строку невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику (у разі, коли строк повернення авансу припадає на кінець грудня поточного року, то невикористані протягом 3 місяців суми авансу повертаються Замовнику у триденний термін, але не пізніше 25 грудня поточного року). Ненадання авансу не може бути підставою для невиконання договірних умов
