Відповідно до ст. 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» скасувати закупівлю може виключно замовник із зазначенням аргументованих підстав прийняття такого рішення. Оскільки виправити допущену помилку в оголошенні, на стадії кваліфікації учасників, неможливо, прийнято рішення щодо відміни відкритих торгів по предмету закупівлі: Бензин – А-92, бензин – А-95, дизельне паливо(по талонах) (код CPV за ДК 021:2015 – 09130000-9 - Нафта і дистиляти) оголошеної 29.11.2019 на підставі абзацу другого частини першої статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
