Розрахунок ЗАМОВНИКОМ за виконані Роботи здійснюється у безготівковій формі на підставі підписаного сторонами акту виконаних робіт, після повного виконання Робіт, визначених Завданням на проектування (Додаток № 2), протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами акту виконаних робіт та отримання позитивного експертного звіту щодо розгляду ПКД експертною організацією, яка відповідає критеріям, визначеним центральним органом виконавчої влади, що забезпечує формування та реалізацію державної політики у сфері будівництва, інформація про що оприлюднена на його офіційному сайті, але не раніше реєстрації податкової накладної.
