Нові тарифи встановлює Виконавчий комітет Подільської міської ради, вони не є предметом узгодження між Учасником та Замовником, нарахування з застосуванням нових тарифів проводяться з дати встановлення, зазначеної в відповідному рішенні про встановлення тарифу.
