Description:

Відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України "Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти" від 23.04.2014р. № 117 та дозволу головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів Замовник може прийняти рішення щодо надання Підряднику авансу в сумі, що не перевищує 30 відсотків від суми бюджетних зобов’язань поточного року на строк не більше одного місяця По закінченню трьохмісячного терміну невикористана сума авансу повертається Замовнику з урахуванням індексу інфляції. З наступного дня після закінчення трьохмісячного строку та неповернення авансу, Підряднику нараховуються проценти за користування чужими грошовими коштами в розмірі 5 % (відсотків) у місяць від суми неповернутого авансу.
