Замовник сплачує Підряднику аванс на придбання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, виробів, конструкцій та обладнання у розмірі до 30 % відсотків договірної ціни проти надання банківської гарантії повернення авансового платежу протягом 10 (Десяти) календарних днів з дати надання Підрядником зазначеної банківської гарантії на підставі отриманого належним чином оформленого рахунку (рахунку-фактури) Підрядника.
