Замовник протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів після підписання повноважними представниками Сторін АКТУ-ДОПУСКУ та після отримання Замовником листа від Підрядника з зазначенням розміру авансового платежу та надання Підрядником банківської гарантії повернення авансового платежу на суму авансового платежу, перераховує на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника аванс у розмірі не більше 20% ціни Договору з урахуванням ПДВ. The Customer shall, within 15 (fifteen) banking days after signing by the authorized representatives of the ACP-ADMISSION Parties and after receiving by the Customer a letter from the Contractor stating the amount of the advance payment and providing the Contractor with a bank guarantee to repay the advance payment for the amount of the advance payment, recalculate the amount not more than 20% of the contract price including VAT.

Description:

Після повного закриття авансового платежу(форма КБ-2в,формаКБ-3), Замовник здійснює проміжні платежі Підряднику за фактично надані послуги, на підставі Актів приймання виконаних будівельних Робіт(форма КБ-2в), Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати(форма КБ-3). Оплата фактично наданих послуг здійснюється протягом 30календарних днів з дати підписання вищевказаних документів. Після сплати сумарного платежу у розмірі 95% ціни послуг, розрахунки призупиняються. Upon complete closing of the advance payment(form KB-2c, form KB-3), the Customer makes interim payments to the Contractor for the services actually rendered, on the basis of Acts of acceptance of completed Construction Works(form KB-2c), Certificate of cost of completed construction works and costs(form KB-3). Payment for actually rendered services is made within 30calendar days from the date of signing the above documents. After payment of the total payment of 95% of the price of services, the payments are suspended.

Остаточний розрахунок за надані послуги, в розмірі 5% від ціни послуг, Замовник оплачує Підряднику протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Акту технічної комісії.(Власні кошти).
