4.2. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Покупцем фактично поставлених товарів, на підставі накладних, з відстрочкою платежу до 45 робочих днів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Оплата Товару здійснюється на підставі документів, що підтверджують факт їх отримання та виконання.
