Витяг платника ПДВ. Вимоги до учасників закупівлі: 1. … Платник ПДВ ставка 20%. 2. Відсутність факту надання Замовнику Учасником, що приймає участь в закупівлі будь-якої недостовірної інформації. 3. Строк дії пропозиції: протягом 30 днів після закінчення строку подання пропозицій. 4. Учасник-переможець зобовязаний укласти договір із Замовником протягом 5-ти робочих днів з дня визначення його переможцем. У разі не укладення договору, рішення про визначення переможця скасовується.
