- учасником надано сканкопію договору №2017/004 від 26.09.2017, предмет якого, не є аналогічним до предмету закупівлі, (згідно примітки Додатку №ІІ "Аналогічний договір - це договір на поставку товарів, визначених за показником четвертої цифри основного словника ЄЗС ДК 021:2015 предмета закупівлі, зазначеного в даній тендерній документації"), що не відповідає вимогам п.2.2 Додатку № II до тендерної документації; - в складі тендерної пропозиції учасника відсутня інформація про учасника згідно Додатку V.1 (Опитувальник контрагента-юридичної особи), що є порушенням вимог п.3 Розділу І Додатку ІІ до тендерної документації; - не виконано вимоги пункту 4.1 додатку 2 до тендерної документації, а саме: не надано інформацію у вигляді документа/-ів, що підтверджує/-ють повноваження посадової особи щодо підпису документів тендерної пропозиції у вигляді рішення про призначення керівника (у формі протоколу/рішення або виписки/витягу з протоколу або іншого розпорядчого документу органу підприємства/організації до компетенції якого, згідно статутних документів, відноситься прийняття такого рішення). - в складі тендерної пропозиції учасника відсутнє забезпечення тендерних пропозицій у вигляді банківської гарантії, що є порушенням вимог п. 11 р. "Зведена інформація про закупівлю" тендерної документації.
