Description:

Замовник до початку виконання робіт (послуг) може здійснити попередню оплату у розмірі 30% вартості річного обсягу робіт, згідно до постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 р. № 1070 “Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти” та Наказу Державного Агенства Автомобільних Доріг України від 28.12.2020 р. № 16 «Про надання попередньої оплати» строком до 3 (трьох) календарних місяців, відповідно до належним чином оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів. По закінченню терміну надавання попередньої оплати Підрядник зобов’язаний надати на підписаня Замовнику акти виконаних робіт по формі КБ-2в на суму попередньої оплати.

Візування актів ф.№КБ-2в відповідальними працівниками Замовника здійснюється до подання актів на підписання Замовнику та не підтверджує факту прийняття робіт
