Description:

Проміжні платежі за виконані Роботи здійснюються в межах не більше, як 95 відсотків їх загальної вартості за договірною ціною. Кінцеві розрахунки здійснюються у термін 14 календарних днів після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених цим Договором Робіт та підписання акта державної (робочої) комісії з прийняття об’єкта в експлуатацію, затвердженого в установленому порядку, по мірі надходження бюджетних коштів на розрахункові рахунки Замовника - Розпорядника коштів.
