Керуючись дорученням Міністра молоді та спорту України від 31.03.2020 № 4 – Д, враховуючи розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України від 25 березня 2020 р. № 234 «Про скасування постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 3 березня 2020 р. № 187», проєкт Закону України «Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про Держаний бюджет України на 2020 рік» (реєстраційний номер 3279 від 29.03.2020), відповідно до рішення Міжнародного олімпійського комітету та Уряду Японії щодо перенесення у зв’язку із світовою пандемією короновірусної інфекції COVID-19 Ігор ХХХІІ Олімпіади 2020 року на літо 2021 року. Відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» замовник відміняє торги у разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг.
