Станом на 15.09.2020 строк дії тендерних пропозицій (120 календарних дня ) ТОВ "ТД "ГЕРМЕС ТРЕЙДІНГ"та ТОВ "СВП "Квазар" минув. Продовження строку дії зазначених пропозицій та наданих забезпечень тендерної пропозиції не відбувся. В зв’язку з зазначеними наявне порушення ч. 4 ст. 25 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", яке не можливо усунути. Відмінити відкриті торги на підставі абз. 3 ч. 1 ст. 31 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» - неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
