Оплата здійснюється за умови наявності належним чином оформленого Акта приймання-передачі Послуг, витягу з державного реєстру речових прав на нерухоме майно, який підтверджує факт реєстрації права постійного користування земельною ділянкою АТ «Укрзалізниця» в Державному реєстрі речових прав на нерухоме майно та інших документів, передбачених Технічним завданням Для неплатників ПДВ: Замовник здійснює оплату протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів від дати підписання Акта приймання-передачі Послуг, за наявності витягу з державного реєстру речових прав на нерухоме майно та інших документів, передбачених Технічним завданням
