В зв’язку з введенням карантину та прогнозованою необхідністю збільшення витрат на протиепідемічні заходи спрямованих на запобігання виникненню і поширенню коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19), виникла необхідність у зменшенні суми та кількості в закупівлі за кодом CPV за ДК 021:2015 44160000-9 Магістралі, трубопроводи, труби, обсадні труби, тюбінги та супутні вироби (Труби поліетиленові водопровідні, каналізаційні та трубна арматура різна) поліетиленових спіральновитих труб і труб ПЕ, що були передбачені для реконструкції каналізаційних колекторів та для поточного ремонту водопровідної та каналізаційної мереж. Керуючись абз.2 ч.1 ст.31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Замовник відміняє торги в разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг
