Description:

Перерахування попередньої оплати (авансу) здійснюється протягом 15 банківських днів від дня отримання Замовником відповідного рахунку-фактури та підписання Сторонами цього Договору в розмірі до 24% від загальної ціни Договору. Підрядник протягом 30 календарних днів з дня отримання авансових коштів підтверджує їх використання наданням Замовнику звіту про використання коштів за призначенням, який стає невід’ємною частиною Договору, разом з підтверджуючими документами ( копії накладних/актів, платіжних доручень з відміткою банку, тощо). В разі ненадання Підрядником у встановлений Договором строк такого звіту або виявлення факту нецільового використання та/або невикористання авансового платежу Замовник вправі достроково розірвати Договір, повідомивши Підрядника та/або вимагати повернення всієї суми авансового платежу, з урахуванням інфляції та 14 відсотків річних, в такому випадку Підрядник зобов’язаний задовольнити таку вимогу Замовника у повному обсязі протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів після направлення Замовником такої вимоги Підряднику.

Розрахунки за фактично та якісно виконані роботи проводиться шляхом здійснення Замовником оплати у термін _45_ календарних днів після підписання Сторонами Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в (далі – Акт КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою № КБ-3 (далі – Довідка КБ-3).
