У зв’язку з відсутністю додаткового фінансування бюджетних коштів, у Замовника КП ШЕУ Оболонського р-ну відпала виробнича потреба у закупівлі КОД ДК 021:2015 – 45340000-2 ЗВЕДЕННЯ ОГОРОЖ, МОНТАЖ ПОРУЧНІВ І ЗАХИСНИХ ЗАСОБІВ (послуги по встановленню дорожнього огородження (НПО) по вул. Автозаводська Оболонського району м. Києва). Згідно ч. 1 ст. 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон), Замовник відміняє торги в разі відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг.
