Description:

Попередня оплата може здійснюватись у межах 30% від вартості робіт відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 4 грудня 2019 року № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та з урахуванням наказу Державного агентства автомобільних доріг України від 10.02.2020 року № 42 «Про деякі питання здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг з будівництва, реконструкції, капітального та поточного середнього ремонту автомобільних доріг загального користування державного значення за рахунок бюджетних коштів у 2020 році службами автомобільних доріг в областях» терміном не більше трьох календарних місяців відповідно до погодження, наданого головним розпорядником коштів. Використаний аванс компенсується за рахунок вартості виконаних робіт згідно акту виконаних робіт, підписаного уповноваженими представниками сторін. По закінченні зазначеного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику з нарахуванням річної відсоткової плати на рівні облікової ставки НБУ із застосуванням коефіцієнта 1,2., а у випадку несвоєчасного повернення (неповернення), Виконавець додатково сплачує пеню в розмірі облікової ставки НБУ за кожний день прострочення.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться на підставі актів про виконані роботи, оформлених підписами уповноважених представників і скріплених печатками Сторін, після надходження на рахунок Замовника коштів на оплату цих робіт. Замовник протягом 10 днів від дати підписання акту про виконані роботи зобов'язаний розрахуватись із Виконавцем за отриману проектну документацію, за умови наявності коштів на оплату відповідних робіт.
