Враховуючи впровадження з метою запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) заходів у зв'язку із карантином, установленим Кабінет Міністрів України (Постанова №211 від 11.03.2020 року із змінами) на всій території України з 12 березня 2020 р. до 24 квітня 2020 р., формат заходів, запланованих Фондом відповідно до Технічної документації, не відповідатиме нормам безпеки та суті вжитих урядом заходів щодо зупинення поширення COVID-19, у зв’язку із чим доцільним є рішення про відміну торгів щодо закупівлі послуг на організацію заходів, оскільки потреба у закупівлі такого роду послуг станом на сьогодні та із врахуванням перспектив розвитку подій після скасування карантину чи продовження карантину із послабленням заходів безпеки відсутня
