За результатами розгляду тендерної пропозиції наданої БІЛОЦЕРКІВСЬКИМ ПРИВАТНИМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ " СМОТРІЧ ", Тендерний комітет апарату управління ПАТ «Центренерго» визнав тендерну пропозицію учасника як таку, що не відповідає умовам тендерної документації. Вирішили: - відхилити тендерну пропозицію учасника БІЛОЦЕРКІВСЬКОГО ПРИВАТНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА " СМОТРІЧ " до проведення автоматичної оцінки тендерних пропозицій (аукціону). Тендерна пропозиція БІЛОЦЕРКІВСЬКОГО ПРИВАТНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА " СМОТРІЧ " відхиляється відповідно до пункту 4 частини 1 Статті 30 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», як така, що не відповідає умовам тендерної документації: - тендерна пропозиція не відповідає умовам Додатку №1 до Технічних вимог, оскільки довідка, що підтверджує відповідність тендерної пропозиції учасника технічним, якісним, кількісним та іншим вимогам до предмету закупівлі була надана в іншому вигляді, та не містила всю інформацію яка вимагалась Додатком №1 до Технічних вимог, а саме: учасник не заповнив поля таблиці, та не вказав інформацію у відповідності до поданої Комерційної (цінової) пропозиції, яка буде доступна для замовника після проведення автоматичної оцінки тендерних пропозицій.
