Description:

Замовник, за наявності рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів, може протягом бюджетного року здійснювати попередню оплату, у сумі не більше 30 відсотків вартості річного обсягу робіт, яка здійснюється частинами, кожна з них не може перевищувати суму забезпечення виконання договору. Попередня оплата здійснюється Замовником протягом 5 банківських днів з моменту надання Підрядником рахунків та доданих до них переліків матеріалів, шляхом перерахунку коштів на небюджетний рахунок Підрядника, відкритий на його ім'я в органах Казначейства відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 1070 від 04.12.2019 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти».

Description:

Оплата виконаних робіт проводиться Замовником протягом 5 банківських днів з моменту підписання акту про виконані роботи форми КБ-2в, КБ-3 (далі – Акти виконаних робіт) , за умови надання дозволу органом Держказначейської служби України на проведення оплати. Проміжні розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються в межах 95% виконаних робіт на підставі підписаних Сторонами Актів виконаних робіт.

Description:

Кінцева оплата здійснюється Замовником за виконані роботи після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених Договором робіт, видачі Держархбудінспекцією або її територіальними органами декларації про готовність об’єкта до експлуатації та закінчення періоду відповідальності за дефекти (якщо такі були встановлені), коли усунені усі дефекти та пошкодження. На стадії усунення дефектів та пошкоджень під час експлуатації об’єкта Підряднику може бути надано сертифікат про попереднє погодження. Після усунення усіх дефектів та пошкоджень Підряднику може бути видано сертифікат про кінцеве погодження, за умови наявності відповідних бюджетних коштів на зазначені цілі на реєстраційному рахунку Замовника.
