На підставі постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 березня 2020 р. № 211 “Про запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2” (Офіційний вісник України, 2020 р., № 23, ст. 8) — із змінами, внесеними постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 16 березня 2020 р. № 215, у зв’язку з забороною проведення всіх масових заходів, відповідно до листа від 15.04.2020 №050/01-20 ВПГО «Українська федерація армреслінгу» у місті Києві було скасовано проведення спортивно-масового заходу «Фестиваль спорту «Kyiv Open Cup/Spring section» на підставі чого відпала потреба у здійсненні закупівлі послуг з облаштування місця проведення спортивно-масового заходу «Фестиваль спорту «Kyiv Open Cup/Spring section». Торги відмінено на підставі пункту 1 частини 1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»
