Відповідно до частини 5 розділу Х «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» нової редакції Закону "Про публічні закупівлі", яка набрала чинності 19.04.2020р., процедури закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг, розпочаті до введення в дію цього Закону, завершуються відповідно до порядку, що діяв до введення в дію цього Закону. У зв’язку з тим, що допорогова закупівля не є процедурою закупівлі в розумінні Закону, продовження таких закупівель відповідно до діючого Закону не можливе та потребує відміни.
