Відповідно до Листа МІНЕКОНОМРОЗВИТКУ,торгівлі та сільського господарства України № 3304-04/28729-06 від 05.05.2020р. допорогова закупівля не була врегульована на рівні ЗУ«Про публічні закупівлі» та не є процедурою закупівлі в розумінні Закону, а отже,у разі,якщо замовник не уклав договір про закупівлю за результатами допорогової закупівлі до 18.04.2020р. включно,слід відмінити таку допорогову закупівлю та керуючись вартісними межами,встановленими у ч.1 ст.3 Закону нової редакції провести спрощену закупівлю
